    I am not a racist, but this type of thing pisses me off, if I was to put an advert in the paper saying I wish to employ whites only for a job I'd be in court...

    Oh, and I was in a position where I was responsible for employing many people, I had a very mixed workforce, various colours,  various religions, they got the jobs because they were the best candidates for the jobs...

    Oh, there were two types I tried not to employ, smokers, they think they have the right to fu#k off every two minutes for a fag, and the English, just cos they are...

    They have introduced gender quotas for the next general election over here 30% of candidates must be women. It's wrong. You are going to dilute the quality of candidate doing that. Women will be nominated for being a woman, not on her abilities, while male counterparts who are better qualified won't get a look in. Even the current female TD's ( MP'S) think its a bad idea. There are far more many men interested in politics than women ( head for head). It stands to reason that there should be more men standing for election than women. BTW, I'm not anti women TD's, far from it, I think the current ones that we have are far superior than the vast majority of their male colleagues. Just get elected on your own merits not because of what sex you are.

    Yip, that one gets the hair up on the back of my neck as well, they're allways bleating on about wanting equality , but it don't seem equal to me when the rules say only women can get a job that can be done equally as well by either sex...

    "Silo Mentality" is an attitude found in some organizations that occurs when several departments or groups do not want to share information or knowledge with other individuals in the same company. A silo mentality reduces efficiency and can be a contributing factor to a failing corporate culture...


    Could also be the particular individual is just a wanker...

    Positive discrimination sucks. Obama didnt need it and nor did Maggie. Heard on the local news tonight the poxypikeys are to have some of their positive discrimination rights removed, good. Planning consent being one.  I find this racist... 3318427985

    Has anyone noticed the amount of ex call centre personnel employed by the BBC these days, telly is full of them , and while I am on a rant ,the bloody nepotism in T.V. is rife, they are either ex call centre, gay or related to some other twat employed by the BBC. Angry3
