I've got in to a really shitty sleeping pattern, started over the Christmas/New Year period , we had some real late nights, or early mornings would be more accurate, now what's happening is I go to bed, fall asleep, then after a couple of hours wake up, then can't get back to sleep again, then I eventually fall asleep hours  later and end up sleeping half if not most of the day, few days back Annie woke me when she came in from work at 17:30...
So a few days back after another sleepless night I was awake at silly o'clock when Annie was getting ready to go to work so I thought I'm going to get up and stay awake all day so when bedtime comes I'll be knackered, sure enough when bedtime came I was asleep within minutes, only to be wide awake again a couple of hours later,,, Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh

You dont need as much sleep when you get old like you are 2 hours max

Oh, before I forget  ...

Evening all. In the airport in Manchester. Am knackered. Had a few very enjoyable pints with Minty and better half last night. Eileen has felt better though 

Yip a nice quiet sociable evening, next time we'll have a party...

Three feckin thirty, just raided the fridge, had munchies and a glass of wine, now trying to get back to sleep again, tried to engage Annie in conversation, that didn't work, oops...

Morning peeps. Jacks alarm goes off at 6am so pointless trying to sleep. Vodka and sherry combo aint working then.    Supposed to get up early to work before the rain comes at midday....... Never mind.

Ebay seems to be fecked again, tried to pay for something on best offer accepted and it comes up error 70002.
