One of our trucks broke down while making a deliver there, I went out to it, as I'm repairing it I get speaking to a guy who works there, I ask what do you make, baths he says in this section of the factory, you want to see how it's done...
So truck sorted off we head in to the factory, we come to this jig, it's metal and the shape of a bath but has thousands of tiny holes all over it, couple of guys place a sheet of plastic over it, sheet of plastic is about eight foot by six foot and a quarter inch thick, then a rig with a hundred or so heat bulbs is lowered down from above the rig till about four inches above the plastic sheet, lights are on a timer switch for about a couple of minutes, once the lights switch off the guy hits a button, WOOSH,,, a bath appears,,, the button causes a vacuum in the jig and sucks the flat plastic sheet in to the shape of a bath via all the small holes...
