There are plenty of spurious claims going on but its down to the insurace industry surely to sort this out. As long as they can collect the premiums and still make a profit they probably dont really care. Its now near on 2 years since young Freddie was hit head on by a car while riding his motorbike to work. If you watch him walking you can clearly see his body aint right. Added to that he has a big red scar about 2 foot long running from his calf to his upper thigh. Not exactly a turn on for the birds. Indeed since his accident I dont think he has had a girlfriend. Apart from them paying out 900 quid for the bike and a £500 interim payment hes had feck all. The lawyers are 20% ish on final payout and the private hospital he attends are obviously getting paid but he seems to be bottom of the queue. Doesnt inspire me with confidence in this industry thats for sure.

Vince tell Freddie to go all the way to court they will give him a big amount on the court steps, they will offer silly until then. Lawyers talk bullshit as they know at 20% they get paid. He needs to play on the Psychological scar he has with women because he is worried about appearance and also say he goes to tenerife a lot as Mum and Dad have a gaff there but will not swim or sun bathe anymore. He needs also to see a Chiropractor and get a written assessment of potential future problems, like Osteo Athiritis, muscle issues, and also adhesions from scarring and ops. All these should be considered that he may be a little damaged nw but what is the long term affect.
