Lumiere Durham this weekend...

Off here on Sunday staying over Sunday lunch time having a night in Durham then a rare day off Monday finish crimbo shopping spot of lunch somewhere.

Yep Durham is a lovely place and only 25minutes down the road from us. Me and the wife had a night there in February for her Birthday staying at the  Radisson Blu Hotel, it was lovely night out. Mind the champagne bar is pricey GULP

it sounds wonderful. It is on for a couple of days so maybe people need to give it a chance before giving negative comments on TA

Well well we didn't see it on 2012 so it will be a review purely on what we experience on Sunday I'll try and get some photos as well.

Coverage on local TV last night was very positive just non pleasing some people and all about opinions because lad I work with said in 2011 it was soo busy it was bordering on bring dangerous the amount if people crammed into areas and wasn't worth the hassle !.
This year they brought in tkt system do only certain amount get access from 4.30 - 7.30 then its general free for all, we've got tkts so we'll be in Durham early afternoon look around into restricted area early see it and by 7.15 we'll be safely tucked up in a pub sampling there wares
