    As of 1/6 TELEFONICA only offer a single ADSL service of upto 20mb for €22 a month
    we can confirm all our new installs are in the 12-15mb range 
    this is a technological advance and existing customers should be upgraded in the short term and within the 
    plan of the whole of spain before the end of the year

    sorry install range is 15mb to 19mb !!!!
