With no disrespect to those injured, but WTF are the cops doing cordoning the area off...

Do they expect the lighting to strike twice in the same place...

Are they gathering evidevce, if that is the case who are they gonna prosecute,,, God...

Plod, ambulance service, fire brigade etc all claim to be strapped for cash, but hear they are just standing around doing feck all, go catch some criminals...
