Re: Euro 2016
Was that one of those "once in a lifetime votes" or will you have another try at a referendum in 2020???

Re: Euro 2016
he had to go for it. The welsh lad behind was a certainty to score if he let it go by him. The northern boys ain't pretty but are pretty effective the way they play. Think they can consider themselves a little unlucky.

Re: Euro 2016
3 more interesting games today. Black v White, Krauts v Slavs and some hungry feckers who scored three against Portugal.
Patsy, and I of course, will be cheering on Ireland. Especially as she will now be applying for one of those Irish passports. A Swiss one wont be much use to me so I will have to stick with being a UK citizen. Now does anyone know what colour shirts England will be wearing on Monday because I now own a red one and a white one?

Re: Euro 2016
I think we played above ourselves this tournament , Belgium aside. Tired legs played a part today. France had 3 more rest days than us, but that said, they fully deserved it on the 2nd half performance. Robbie Keanes last appearance in an Ireland shirt. John O Shea as well most probably. Have been hugely impressed with Derby County's Jeff Hendrick. Man of match against Sweden, Italy and excellent today for 60 min. A premier league team will surely come in for him. Changing of the guard I think, but the future looks bright.
