Hard Rock is supposed to open 16th October but when we looked at it seems that could be 2017.

Had a look at the Aquamar M. Coming in at 2600 euro from the 6/7 to the 20/7 next year . Paloma Beach @ 1500 - 1600 then there is only one I found on Cristian Sur @ 1100 that looks very nice.

Aguamar wouldn´t be my first choice it is opposite those ropey old bars that Howard used to frequent. Cristian Sur is lovely, also look at Victoria Court and Summerlands and Castle Harbour, some are nice others a bit basic because it is half residential, half tourist and so some are privately owned and let.
You could also message Lee who has This Site See if he has anything for 5, he is taking on things all the time so might have.

Tenerife Sur opposite Cristian Sur aren't too bad and not too far a walk to the Mirador strip of bars and restaurants.
