One for Reg really. Are any of the apartments in TRG purpose built 2 beds or have the existing 2 bed apartments just been converted from one bedroom ones. The reason I ask is that any of the 2 beds I've looked at seem incredibly squashed.

Re: Tenerife Royal Gardens
The 2 beds are called penthouses, your right very small really , I exchanged contracts on my 1 bed today and the agent was wetting himself to buy my 2 studios for a client who would Nock them together to make 2 bed apartment on the front
The money was tempting for sure but I declined, he achieved a record price for the 1 bed so that will do for now. Until I think of something else

Aw, I liked the one bed whereas Annie preferred the studio with the view, I thought there were some decent views from one beds terrace but we all see things different...

It was a lovely apartment & the fridge was utter class but I like the view from the studio , especially when there's a V&T on the wall x

Wi Fi organized and should be fitted soon,
Oh and the bed spreads got changed, the others must have come from Aldi
Russians Belgiums and French all throwing money about, my theory is a fear of the euro not being worth a carrot so get it into property
I was warned about black money and to avoid being below the radar, so all of mine going straight to Rational FX changed and back to base camp, painfull but safe

Re: Tenerife Royal Gardens
Yep safest way you do right . I never noticed the drain smell & I have a keen nose maybe it was because I had constant showers & when I wasn't showering I was washing x

Re: Tenerife Royal Gardens
Maintenance on TRG are good with stuff like that, smoke bombs for the roaches all the time, drains in apartments do wiff a bit if they have been empty, but when in use with showers and washing machine detergents they shouldnt, the seal around the silver disc drain covers are the main culprit, sorted now

Mine don't! There are traps in our back garden, and the garage and you just have to make sure they have water in them. They smell if you let them dry out.

Re: Tenerife Royal Gardens
Reg, I have been told that there is parking available down the street at the side of TRG. Wtf is he talking about. The only street is the one between TRG and Sir Anthony, isn't it? Can't remember any parking there either.
