Post by Adam Mint Fri 18 Nov 2011 - 21:45

    One for the LR.

    The Fife Quiz

For those not familiar with Fife, all the questions make reference to small towns/villages in the Fife area such as Lochgelly, High Valleyfield, etc, I have indicated place name in bold print to assist those unfamiliar with the area.

    Q. What does a Lochgelly girl use as protection during sex?

    A. A bus shelter.

    Q. What do you call a 30 year old High Valleyfield girl?

    A. Granny.

    Q. What do you call an Oakley girl in a white tracksuit?

    A. The bride.

    Q. What’s the first question in a Kelty pub quiz?

    A. Wit u looking at ! (Translated to English:- What or who are you looking at !)

    Q. Two Kirkcaldy ned’s in a car with no music on, who’s driving?

    A. The police.

    Q. What’s the most confusing day in Ballingry?

    A. Father’s day.

Well LR was it top marks, 6 out of 6 ???

I remember the Gloucester now. The brother's next door neighbour was bouncer there. 6'4" black lad, about 20 stone. He was a sound bloke, wouldn't hurt a fly. Can't remember the name of that other one though.

Seeing the recent post on the Sheik guys knocking hell out of themselves reminded me of your above post, it posed a question.

I had no idea to the answer, so searched Google and came up with “The Sixth River”, am I correct? It’s a Punjabi film about drugs!!!The Fife Quiz 2908439648

On the back of my last post ref the quiz question, in the intro messages, the one I received from Topdog mentioned a “Were Is This Place” thread and posted a picture of a dam system overflow channel, again I had no idea as to where the picture was, but could not find the “Were Is This Place” thread, to follow the progress of anyone else taking part, and have never seen any new posts logged against the thread, how do I find it.
