What did you have for breakfast?

Due to Howard being smart I have decided to start this thread



As we know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so what did you have?

I had corn flakes, yoghurt and skimmed milk.....

I'l start again, Shreddies, toasted tea cake,

a bowl of Porridge at 6.30 am and just had my work Breakfast of a muffin with poached egg, bacon and mushrooms.

I'm watching my figure...2 slice of toast with strawberry jam and a mug of coffee.

Bowl of pinhead oatmeal porridge with sultanas added.

I'm watching Jan's figure, so I ate hers.

Porridge Nothing wrong with it, But its just like Beige or grey, Or a ford Cortina, Or even a safe wife, It just dosent set you alight,

I had some toast with one of those cheese triangles on and a yoghurt, little bit of fruit juice

Couple of slices of toast with cheddar cheese and a cup of coffee.

Toast with jam or cheese is not exactly watching your weight Cam, and all that coffee. Cru seems to eat healthy, you should take some of that on board mate. I had mushroom omelette with blue cheese, butter it was cooked in drizzled over the top with brown sauce. And coffee. Ballast then.

Yeah but Cam's a growing lad

I've just weighed myself. I'm 9 stone 12 pounds. I'm one of those lucky gits who can eat what they like and nothing happens.

My Cat weighs more than that, In April i was 11st, Today 11st 8lb, Doctors says i will put on a stone when i go on injections, Unless i eat like a bird, So cant eat, cant smoke, Dont drink, i feel like shite most days, Just Fecking Great ,

Probably smashed yourself up a bit when you tried to jump over that barbed wire fence on your motor cycle...

If you watch carefully, It gets edited because i go pissing when i land,

Well one things for sure you will never get down that tunnel any more.
