Might be the making of those places. If its successful, it will attract other restaurants/bars etc

Re: HARD ROCK HOTEL OPENS TODAY
I'l second that, I think the hotel industry looks after its own, so not much chance of building in Santiago land,

We'll need a mortgage to afford a drink, a guy on TA did a mock booking 1 week end October, B&B in the cheapest room - €3000

Hooters closed because the couldn´t meet the rent they were next to the H10 Conquistador and were paying €30,000 a month so went to Veronicas Strip but then gave up totally.

Re: HARD ROCK HOTEL OPENS TODAY
Hard Rock Cafe is opposite Safari center. If you ask me it is over priced and very mediocre, just pay for the name.

Re: HARD ROCK HOTEL OPENS TODAY
Doubt if the new joint will attract new businesses , I.M.O. one of the best hotels especially for A.I. The Bahia Principe Adeje is down there, and as I have said before on here it is one of the best A.I. offers outside of Mexico we have come across, that will be hard to beat.
