They all do it now bloody ripoff . They started charging £6 each way 6 years ago at our local airport Durham Tees Valley .Everyone boycotted it & flew from Newcastle needless to say hardly any flights go out from it now X

It's feckin' €20 to get out of Knock airport! You don't pay it, you don't get on the plane. They call it a "development tax" I think...

They had that years ago at Norwich Airport. Started at £2 and last time I used it, some time ago it had risen to a tenner I think. Needless to say I didnt pay, I worked out a route to circumnavigate it. Neither Norwich nor Teeside are exactly busy these days so has it worked? Has it feck. Development tax? No, failure tax. Surprised British Rail hasnt cottoned on, not that I can afford a ticket anyway.
Mid term car park is equally interesting at Luton Airport. They have managed to tarmac the road bits between the rows of parked cars but where you actually park is rough potholed land. Parked my car, well Patsys actually right opposite a bus stop. Magic I thought. But then when I tried to get out I discovered I was in a 2" deep puddle on my side.
