I needed a load of that doing saw an Add in the Yorkshire post wanting to teach that to a load of kids from Africa or the likes for free well i couldnt get on the phone fast enough,

I actually did the setting out and the smart arse said that is set too low, it was starting out from a stone cottage, I told him to count down the courses of the wall and you will see its exactly the same

Building inspectors are like that ,they don't like you building your own property , right little jumped up prats that have a bit of authority & it goes to there head .Made us dig down deeper because of a tree that was there & just sent the digger back so had to be done by hand . We got the last laugh though had him on site every day checking everything either that or we would of buried him in the bloody hole x
