Good morning. Back from Tenerife, I have a slight suntan. I believe its gonna rain here tomorrow. 
Worse than that I am back at sea level. I have hardly had to use my puffer staying with Kev at 500m altitude in Adeje town. makes you think......... Also I have a new medical problem. Think its Arthritis, manifesting itself in left hip joint and left hand. So tonight I have googled it and there is stuff, natural, you can take to alleviate it. I have succumbed and ordered some pills off tinternet. 
I will let you know if they work. Also found out there are foods that make it worse........ Wait for it.......... Bread, potatoes and pasta. Jeez. Looks like I'm gonna be caning the rice.
