    Waterworks Empty Waterworks

    Post by Perfectspecimen Tue 23 Aug 2011 - 12:47

Last Friday I reported a water leak just along from my house. They turned up a hour ago with transit truck and roadworks signs and proceeded to make lots of noise. Gone quiet now so just had a look......Transit, workers and signs gone leaving tyre ruts in my grass verge, water still gushing out......

They're back just sitting in truck, one appears to be asleep, other is reading......Instructions? Says on side of truck, May Gurney, working on behalf of Anglian Water. Bloody hell, they make me look productive.

I would have to go and chat to them, ask them what the problem is how long to fix and ask for their names, say if you do a great job I will tell your manager (don´t tell them you will tell their manager if they do a crap job)
