I'm sorta in agreement with it, feckin eyesores, but the window times for allowing them to be in street seem strange:-
Waste can only be placed on the street within a specific time period. The proposed windows are 07:30 to 09:30 and 17:00 to 23:00.
Morning window right in rush hour, evening window early part in rush hour...
My apartment complex we have bin stores throughout the complex, they are commercial size bins, bin men come take bins out of bin stores tip them in truck then put them back in bin stores... Apartment block next to mine about ten commercial size bins dragged out in to street day before bin collection day, sit there all bin collection day and are put away following day, so in street for the best part of three days...
