Too easy to drive about on dodgy plates, copy a legal one send off on ebay, 12 quid, turn up two days later. Just ordered some today as it happens, metal ones shorter than usual, only 6 digits on my private plate. Reason? Stands out innit. Good investment as it happens, VRS, just happens to be my initials but all the sporty Skoda drivers want them now so its gone from 200 quid to 1000 quid. Nice. Not that I would sell it anyway. Might get one for the T3 VW. Not my initials but very fitting, only 5 digits, a massive £399. Feck, thats a bit over a hundred pints in England Minty!

Had one of these, same yuc colour, Reg No SSY 6M, Reg No probably worth more than car now...

Reliant Scimitar, worth slightly less than a Robin, Robins are more useful to the motorcycle types........... Never driven one actually, but I did own a Robin van once. Went through an auction and stuck my hand up......... Sadly it was green rather than yellow, wrote pub name on side. Doubt it generated any custom.
