My cousin lives in Chicago. Was messaging her on FB. Her car is frozen to the ground. Her husband is a cop. She hasn't seen him in 3 days. They are sleeping at the station. They were told to stay indoors and if outside to take shallow breaths. They had a wind chill of minus 51 yesterday. And to top it all off, next door neighbours kid froze his tongue to the car and got frostbite on his nose cos he was there for 20 min
