I never ever thought that I would like to live in our climate , but after our break in Barbados it was nice to walk about without sweat dripping from every part of your body, yes it's nice for a couple of weeks but I just couldn't live in that heat permanently, the lowest temperature we had was 28c at 2am, most days it was in the 90s , too hot for non call centre peeps

Lovely bright sunshine here, 10c already and no RAF flying about to spoil the peace. Guess they have had enough dog fight practice. Wonder how many jet fighters IS has? Hmmm...

there is a feckin orange weather warning for tomorrow night and all day Saturday here. Torrential downpours and gale force winds. Coincidentally, our Eoghan is playing a part in "singing in the Rain" for the next three nights

Theirs an old lass we wave at who lives in an upstairs flat, Grace shes called, well one day Janet and myself was walking past and it was pissing down, so i did the singing in the rain bit with the brolly,

Typing this by candlelight. No leccy. Red weather warning until 6am Sunday. 70mm rain expected in next 48 hours. Council are already manning sandbags and big water pumps in the village.
