I have piles but someone has told be that they are caused by doing things "one shouldnt"!!I have never done anything that "one shouldnt" but im afraid that the doc may think i have done something that "one shouldnt". Can anyone give me advice please.

The only way is for me to sit on a rubber ring, thing is the kids are all talking about me at the pool, calling me the ring robber..
