We did the landrover safari a few years back. They can get you to places the bigger buses can't, like Masca etc. I'm pretty sure we enjoyed it!

Have you tried looking into a Shogun Boat Trip? Whales and Dolphin Watching maybe something of interest.

I watch them come and go down at the harbour sometimes,
thought you might go out on the night club boat at 5pm ish
makes enough racket
Also Porto Colon seems to have more dolphin type boats, not much of a walk from PDLA

Nah, bike down it, hire a bike, local bus etc, take a picknick wine etc, done it twice, can't rember anything else,,, but do it,local bus up, roll down...
