House Sales Tumble In Third Quarter

House sales in the Canary Islands fell by more than 23 per cent in the third quarter, compared to the same period last year.
Between July and September this year, house sales in the islands stood at 7,634 compared to the 9,729 homes sold over the same period last year.
The latest data, from the Ministry of Development reveals the islands saw one of the biggest falls in Spain, second only to Extremadura where sales were down 24.8 per cent over the same period.

My little granddaughter went to shops to see Santa recently only to find him asleep in his grotto and half pissed.
Sounds like a perfect job for an Estate Agent !
