I bought a car off a guy in hamilton a few years ago. Looked up the Ryanair website, saw the flight I wanted to Glasgow. Used to be their Scottish hub before they moved to Edinburgh. Probably one of the reasons Prestwick went bust as Minty says and the Scottish government bought it for £1.
