I read a while back that there was a decline in the bee population, well not here I have never seen so many bees in all my life and earlier on around the start of April there were loads of butterflllies around , don't know the implications but it's nice to see them just the same

Yep, lovely day here too and more importantly, it's to be nice tomorrow which is Dunfermline Gala day when all the primary schools march down the High Street with bands and floats and stuff and they all gather in the glen (Pittencrieff Park), where they play games and get packed lunches etc. Macie's school is at the back this year, poor wee thing they'll have to stand about for an hour and a half before they get going. I'll be down at the glen gates in my usual position. Up on the wall with one leg wrapped round a railing to stop me from falling while I'm taking photos!
