Threre was a famous cop in Dublin in the 60's called Jim "Lugs" Brannigan. He was as hard as a coffin nail. He was in the riot squad for a while and continued the practice when he became a detective. It cost 77000 euro here to keep these fuckers behind bars. In Holland, they make a profit on each prisoner.
