I am not surprised, I would expect anyone in the UK to be faster than anyone here. My friend in Cabo Blanco is lucky if he gets 2mbps - I was thrilled when I saw I was 58% faster than the rest of Spain Wot you got Cru??

Vince that really is shite! 1.22Mb download with 0.35Mb upload, you must be a fair way from your nearest telephone exchange. It can only get better as the Government said UK will have best broadband in Europe by 2015.
The reason I'm so high is Dunfermline has FTTC (Fibre to the cabinet), and my nearest cabinet is only 300 yds away. (Unless you count my china cabinet which is in the hall).
