Now a short term let is only rented part of the time, and a full term rental all of the time,,, therefore which one would you expect to produce the most rubbish...

Renters dont give a toss, Kitchen bins are overflowing but they wont go outside, so i throw the kitchen bins out to make them use the bins outside, but they may go out with 6 bin bags full all at once, so the foxes rip them open so it is all over the drive, so now i open the kitchen back door and throw it back in, I dont think they notice , I have taken 2 mountain bikes out to the garage but next day they are back leaning against the hall wall, so then i took them permanently and put them at the back of the next doors garage, dont think the noticed that either bit of sport innit
so my view  is renters are low life scumbags and you cant train them up

The letting agent emailed about a problem with the downstairs electric sockets and can he send electrician round to see what the problem is, I emailed him back and told him the problem wont be awake until 2pm at the earliest, the guy in the loft who is one of this years loonys is on something strong and likes to play with the consumer board when he gets in from clubbing, yesterday he moved the microwave kettle and toaster to the front room and plugged them in there,
So it is pilot error and not my problem
but if you wish to send somebody round at your expense then go ahead, nobody turned up
