I know this is a new forum but many of you were members of the old forum before it shut down, so I would like to thank all those forum members for their kind support this year when I have harassed everyone to look at threads about missing and found dogs. I would particularly like to give my sincere thanks to all of you that helped me personally to rehome and find owners for Betty boop, Scruffy pup, Lucky, Bailey, Caramel, Olly, the two lost labs (we shall call Dancer and Prancer), little Ricky the Yorkie, Ella the German Shepard and most recently Chica the Chayofa puppy. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. Here is a short video of some of the lucky ones from Live Arico who have someone to love them this Christmas xxx

What a wonderful vid. and thank you for sharing. It is nice to see after the horrible start these guys have had that they are now being spoilt. It goes without saying that we really respect what you the volunteers do for these poor animals and wish you the best of Christmases and a profitable 2012
Did you see my message - is it best to leave taking things to the shop until the New Year??

Sorry didnt see the message. Its what ever is easiest for you, the shop will be closed 24, 25, 26th and 31st, 1st...and Ive decided it will have the Scottish holiday on the 2nd (why not). The new year would be great, we are always grateful for donations of any kind (as long as they are not dogs, husbands or children)Gypsy wrote:What a wonderful vid. and thank you for sharing. Re: Merry Christmas and Thank You x
sorry i just saw this post. Live Arico doesn't have any facilities for cats, but from time to time people bring kittens to the shop and I take them home and try to get homes or I ask Sharon from 'Cats welfare tenerife' to help. I feed 20 feral ones but that's funded by a few of us and my legwork ( like they really needed to decide to live at the top of a hill!!!) and Cats welfare giving them the snip, so no more kitties. Cats Welfare, MADAT, K9 and I think San Fransisco Cats are the main feline charities. xCruella de Vil wrote:A merry xmas to you too. Don't you rehome cats too?
