That's all we've been hearing since early September and now what have we got ?

People racing around like headless chickens "trying to get ready" for it. :Angry 1:

Why didn't they do it last week, or the week before, or the week before that ? Plonkers !

Better still, why not leave it till next week even ? - things will be half price then !

Apparently our local Tesco's is like the 3rd World War. :hit:

Merry Christmas Santa's Sinners..............hope you all have a great fully stuffed day. Yep up all ready, Turkey Crown, bloody huge bugger it is, in and cooking. It is roasting on a slow oven, in foil with Garlic/black pepper, honey and clementine. Gammon is out that was soaked for 2 hours in water and port, then slow roasted in thick cut fresh marmalade, it mmmmmmmmmmmmm. Right cuppa and a spa tub and then set to. with the veg.

Thanks Cam You too, all under way, nowt to do now till about 2.30pm, then starters to prep and veg to start cooking (roast ones) Dinner at 4.

Took the dog for a walk, been to church, went for a couple of pints, eaten far too much and now I feel sick.
