TAXI DRIVER BANNED FROM HAVING ST GEORGE'S CROSS STICKER ON CAB BECAUSE IT COULD DISCRIMINATE AGAINST FOREIGNERS.

After just one complaint from a rival cab firm taxi driver Denise was stunned to receive a letter from the council accusing her of breaching equality laws. Denise has been displaying the St George’s Crosses for a year without a single complaint before one complaint was made. Teignbridge Council in Devon said the stickers would leave anyone who is not English at a "disadvantage in their day to day life". The local authority says it will refuse to renew Denise's license in February unless she ditches the stickers. But the veteran driver has vowed to keep flying the flag and says there's nothing offensive about them. Furious Denise said: "I believe the council is implying that I am racist but nothing could be further from the truth."

Son Toby was told the same thing when England was playing, He has a Hackney carriage licence not a cheapo private hire, he had red tape on the back of his mirrors, Inspector comes along the rank and tells and others to remove it, Gupta in the meantime has all sorts hung of the interior mirror which is a hazzard plus a little flag on his aerial and he walks right past them, Scared to death to say anything,

Are we allowed to buy anything that says "Made in UK"? Or is that putting someone at a "day to day disadvantage" if they are foreign? This country of ours needs a swift, hard kick in the arse!  

Irish taxi drivers are doing something similar over here. People will then know that "the car isn't being driven by a nigger.". I'm paraphrasing what I overheard so read into it what you will.

Well we had Landrover and Jaguar and sold it to gupta, He is now making them well and they are selling like crazy, So no we cant because we dont know how to, The place is a shambles,

I done 14 years as a minicab driver in a place called Highams Park on the edge of London, where I grew up actually. Was then very much a Jewish firm and they would NOT have any foreign drivers for most of the time I was there except near the end of my stint (1988) they did have a Turkish guy, probably had to have the snip.....   Anyway went back to say Hello a few years ago and yes, Guptha has managed to get a toe hold in there even. Totally white neighbourhood when I grew up, now united nations, as if. Yes, an absolute fecking shambles Reg.
