    BBC News. I'm getting a bit sick of this "Licence" fee. I think we're about the only country in the world that has to pay a licence to watch TV. What makes it worse is they are Unionist and against Scottish Independence so I have to pay so I can listen to them insulting my Government and country. Think about that... you have to pay to listen to the State broadcaster insulting you and slagging you off. New BBC director general Tim Davie against switch to subscription 1498946960
