very disappointed. Was 189.0 last Monday morning and I have put on .2 of a lb since. I wouldn't mind but I was very strict with regards to what I ate. Can 't figure this one out at all

Go for a pee then re weigh. Get this virus I had went down to 12 12.......but levelled out now at 13'2, just because not eating and all liquids coming out.

189.0 .............. Didn't expect anything less. Have been bloxed all week. The fatigue and fluid retention always seem to go hand in hand. Haven't had a decent slash since last weekend. Fed up feeling this way.

Get some frusemide from the quack or a caffeine supplement.

Been hammering caoofee into myself all week. No joy. Just have to wait til this episode of fatigue passes. Am waiting on the clinic to get back to me with appointment to do complete health screening and proper blood tests.

I don't know WHY I didn't figure this out sooner .

It's the shampoo we use in the shower. When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning, "FOR EXTRA VOLUME AND BODY."
No wonder I have been gaining weight.

I am getting rid of the shampoo and am going to use dishwashing liquid instead.

It’s label reads, "DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."
Problem solved.
