Mmm, Ive put on a stone - 14lb since starting on insulin, I'm cramming a 34 waist into 32" jeans, No point worrying, It is what it is, Lighten up , Anyway who and what is normal, Posh spice ?, Not with a gob like that.

190.8 lbs thats just under 13stone 9 lbs in Church of England. I should be well able to keep up that rate of weight loss if I can stay clear of the tiredness for a while.

5 81/2 and 13st 2lb.............but putting on as working out a bit more. That is the thing D, how muscular are you as muscle is heavier than fat, so it becomes blox.

I'd forgotten about this. I'm 189.6 lbs. Thats 13 stone 7.5 lbs in olde English. I'm down 8 pounds since Xmas but nothing in the last month or so.
