The Gym hurt today, came out not good despite only having a 1 hour work out. Back there in the Morning with a 1 hr 15 min workout.
Should take me 4 weeks to get bulk of fat down and then another 4 of building.
If anyone wants to lose quickly then do some shadow boxing or if you have a wii fit, then boxing on there.
For 3F do boxing with weights in each hand mate, hurts but great.
