Reading The Red Queens Musings I noticed she tried a visit to Oasis. We have stopped a couple of times whilst motoring around. It is a bit like an American Diner, we had a really good Burger and coffee last time, huge portions and very reasonable. Seem to remember the food be basic but very nice.

Re: Oasis Restaurant
There are 3 chicken places in Adeje town (not Costa - think there is 1 there). Oasis is reputedly the original halfway up the main street. My favourite is Otello which is right at the top of the town overlooking the Barranco del Inferno and there is Damary where I have eaten once and it was just OK a bit greasy but it could have been an off night.
