Actor David Kelly dies

Seen a few interviews with him, came across as a pure gentle man

I thought he was hilarious as the one-armed dish-washer in Robin's Nest. Funny guy.

One for 3rdforum here, sure he (David Kelly that is not 3rd forum although he could have been !) was in a recent Irish based film about finding some money sure it was a big hit at the time.

Have to say I'm surprised with sense of humour on here you dont have a Dead Pool on this forum, we have one every year on our Spartans forum and so far no one has 'landed one' one yet despite everyone naming there top 5.
They used to popular at places of work people would put a £1 winner take all sometimes it was a canny payout when someone won.

We used to have one when I was at work, we paid a pound each and the one who got the dead person took the winnings. I had bloody Prince Philip for ages, he's still hanging on, but I also won with Marlon Brando. Ours all had to be olduns though. So how do you do it on a forum. It sounds like good fun.

Reg is in a bad way...I'll have a quid on him to pop his clogs next year.

Obviously on a forum it's just for fun (well fun in a warped sense of taking delight in someone's passing) you name your top five stick them on a dead pool thread (a moderator can lock it if you want) so no changing allowed then just keep adding the dearly departed to the thread until someone who's been named pops it.
Normally done at the start of the year, but thought with the sense of humour on here it would appeal to members.
