    Well, that's me been out and gave the grass the first cut of the year, it was about 6" long! First cut of the year. 854735250. Only trouble with that is it seems to stimulate the stuff, and it grows like feck after it's first trim.

    I need some moss killer my lawns are in shade most of the winter,then scarify before cutting.

    I did that 2 years ago. Took 140 barrow loads of moss and dead grass off the lawn. The moss is back twice as bad now

    I did that a few years ago. Never again, I had bald patches all over the lawn for two seasons and had to re-seed them. I prefer the green moss to the bald patches, so I just leave it now. (I hate feckin' gardening with a vengeance!) My grass has loads of leaves buried in it just now. First cut of the year. 2236138069

    I ended up doing Peters next door, Him that died, Thought about his mrs hearing the mower, I couldnt leave it, He did the grass verges too, Otherwise them loonys come round and make a mess, Anyway its a day out now if i start First cut of the year. 16779677

    The other love of my life had a damned good thrashing this afternoon, Glorious day here so went for a blast round wharfedale, Otley Ilkley, And back through swinsty and washburn, pool in wharfedale, arthington, Up through Harewood, and back to base, Wind made a mess of my hair though, But the cobwebs have gone, Splendid,
