    I was warm enough! I was the radio operator, I had a big feckin' A41 radio strapped to my back, flak jacket, tin hat and carrying a feckin' SMG! They could have gave me a pint to cool me down... Olympic torch routes. 1460810463

    I wouldn't carry one of those radios. Heavy buggers. How is a man expected to run away carrying that kind of weight!

    Do the powers that be seriously think they can keep the torch alight during 6 days in June in Scotland (monsoon season). is there such a thing as a torch brolley....not forgetting the wind shield. weather

    Like wise, it passes with metres of our house on a Friday morning but not taking a day off work for it.

    However better half says she might, then again she does work for the HMRC so with all there 'flexi' she'll probably just take day off !
