Morning members, Dark and dismal here, Sometimes we go to yeadon tarn to feed the ducks etc, But because its next to the airport, Some bright spark decided they was a danger to aircraft, So a week or so ago they sneaked up on the wildlife at 5am and shot 80 of them, Bit like that scene in the great escape, Ive lived here all my life and never has a aircraft been brought down by a duck ?, Whats that all about I think wildlife was here first,

Have they recently opened a new Chinese Restaurant near by, this would be a reason. Bloody Slanties taking over the world.

FFS! They could have put up a couple of those big plastic Eagle Owl dummies and that would have shifted them without killing them. The mind boggles...

Not far away - Maybe a mile is golden acre park, There is thousands of ducks, its got to be one of the biggest wild life parks going, Hope they dont do it there,

Morning all, I'm on my last public holiday before Christmas today, so I'm well chuffed! Just going to have a lazy day. Very still here with a tiny bit of blue sky poking through the grey, but at least it's dry today.

I got loads of work to do today and it is not good in this heat already 25C so must get my butt off the patio refill the coffee cup then make a start.

Very Muggie here, it is overcast but already 20 deg, only dropped to around 17 last night. Nearly one hand of sleeps for me. Don't know where Reg will stay when he gets oyt there as we are taking up squatters rights in his gaff.
