Telefónica has been fined €150,000,000 for overcharging for ADSL broadband over a 5 year period...do you think that money will be distributed amongst the people who were overcharged?

Spain doesn't have the equivalent of our "Ofcom", which would have (and did) stop BT from doing anything similar due to it's dominant market position. I don't know why they don't have a regulator like that, I thought as we were all in the EU we had to abide by the same rules...naive me.

I hate if my phone line or broadband fails as it is a nightmare calling them. Call centers do my head in
