I got my lugs syringed by the practice nurse this afternoon
(Don't know why they don't use a proper one..). I can now hear perfectly again, it was the old water treatment doodah. She put the thingy in each ear and bubbled it about half a dozen times as I sat there like a pillock holding a metal tumbler shaped to fit under my jaw. Apparently they won't do it again she says, they don't like doing it anymore and I had to sign a "release" form to say I wanted it done.
From now on she says, once a week put some drops of Olive oil in me lugs and that should be enough to prevent any wax build-up. NHS is great! That would have cost in Spain!
