Fish on Good Friday do you partake ?

You all know my stance on religion !

But apart from the Chistmas dinner only other religious fever I follow is Fish & Chips from a chippy today.

Been for run (well drive actually) long the coast and the chippys have massiv queues outside even in the rain.

Managed to get some at our local chippy this afternoon, lurvly massive whale chips and curry sauce.

Does anybody else follow the tradition or is it a northern thing ?

Not fish and chips, But a house full of easter eggs for the kids, I hate to see them eating rubbish, Janet gives them cellary and carrot sticks, got them an apple wotsit to take the cores out, anything to keep them intrested, but to troff a full egg cant be good for them, i right fancy fish and chips now Bugger, but i wont,

We don't have a set menu for each day of the week. I say "what's for tea then?", and Mermaid says "you can have this, that or the other" and I say " I'll have some of that then"...seemples.... Fish on a Friday? Only by pure coincidence...

Think it might be a northern thing, we always did when we lived there but after moving around so much gave up.

Usualy go's like what do you fancy for tea, 1 or 2, i'l say 2, janets says whats up with 1, nothing il have 1 then, no your getting 2 now and thats it , Why fecking ask then

Well, I have fish probably at least twice a week, brain food it is. I used to have an IQ of 72 and a half, doubled over night it did, amazing. Still takes me 3.8 seconds to find the Z on the keyboard though.........

i have a big fish pond. I thought Good Friday was a day you knocked on a door and ask to be put up for the night.
