My local chip shop uses lard as opposed to oil in the fryer. Now as you all know I am The perfect specimen and I was just wondering if I was putting my health at risk, well actually I know I am. Question is, should this even be allowed? Is it ok if we all become Lardies?

Re: Fish and chips
I guess it's their choice what they put in their fryer and your choice whether you eat it or not

Just don't live on fish and chips. I grill my food rather than fry it. I do not like greasy food.
