Housing estate here ( 4 completed houses) & 4 acres of unfinished ones sold here last week for 122,000. The 4 houses were ready to move into apart from kitchen and bathroom . Housing estate 3.5 miles away from me, 60ish houses, 4/5 occupied, rest of houses has broken windows, doors etc after vandalism. Costing nearly 30 million a year to fence and provide security on these"ghost" estates.

Between Las Chafiras and Golf del Sur/Amarilla Golf there is a whole new development of newly built houses. I cant see them selling that lot anytime soon. 
Should spend money on infrastructure first. The traffic there can be horrendous.

Yep, thats it Cam. Not sure how many there is but its a fair few. has been virtually finished for a couple of years now but no sign of life yet. Just above it they are building a new commercial centre and yet more warehouses. Good job that chinese stuff dont last long eh?
