La Parrilla This is the posh restaurant at the Botanico hotel in Puerto de la Cruz in the north of Tenerife. Personally I don't like my food to come looking as if it is a work of art. I would rather know that the ingredients are the best available, but I would imagine in this case it is and has a price tag to go with it.

The food looks lovely the way it is presented but I would need to know exactly what was in it. I love the way they present the concoction.

Used to it like that, my Boy does all his food that way and now foster boy is about to finish his 3rd year at Catering college, we get food from him that way. Actually stacking is much easier than laying.
