Wanted Info on Tenerife Royal Garden

I have just been sent an email by someone on Tripadvisor who asked this question, hopefully you guys know the answer.

If you look at the layout of the complex this person has booked apt C05 because they were told it got sun all day long in January. Now they have seen the layout they are concerned because it looks as if it is behind building D. Is this close enough to stop the sun? Ordinarily they would not be too bothered but due to illness they are escaping the cold UK weather and wanted to be assured the apartment would be warm. Thx in advance

Sun rises in the East dunnit, sets in the West. Midday in June directly overhead in January about 50 degrees. If its cloudy you get feck all sun. Simples. Chance of rain? 1% or less. Go on, take a chance.
