    When posting links such as the BBC one below, is there a way of locking the link in question, to explain;

    Say you post a link at 10am and make comment about some point in the article, if you view the link at say 10pm the content of the article may have been updated ant the comment made by the poster is no longer relevant.

    I don't think it's possible Adam. Locking Links 1498946960 The only way to do that would be by highlighting what you want and then copy and paste.

    It's not possible I'm afraid... as people's internet browsers are usually set up to check for a new version of a web page automatically when following a link. Like Cam says... do a copy and paste, but watch out for copyright notices.
