Bank of Dave

Now there is a proper discussion going on on the Good Morning thread, did anyone see this programme.

I have just watched it and IMO we need more blokes like Dave from Burnley Write up The language may have been bad at times but you could feel his frustration as those in power would not give him leeway to do anything. I think he is right in what he said, if he makes a go of it then it just shows what sh1t the bankers really are.

He is now lending money to the people of the town to start businesses moving again. Well done that man.

Yes i watched it, Loads of red tape and didnt they want him to show he had a stupid amount of money at his disposal.
Err none of the big banks have any money but ours ?
They dont like it when somebody comes along talking sense for a change,
Bit like politics -Anybody that looks like they may do good gets binned off,
Killroy - Nick griffin etc, While i dont agree with all of what they say, Some make more sense than that lot,
I hope Dave doe's well, But i fear they will scupper him,

Yes, could he provide a guaranteed 10,000,000 before they would give him a bit of paper. How much did some of those banks lose????

Not so much how much did they lose, how much have they stolen from us.
